JW Zepeda
President, and CEO
With more than 20 years of experience in sales, management, and leadership, I founded Path to Plenty after recognizing a major gap in the business market. Entrepreneurs and business owners were often forced to hire separate companies for strategic planning, marketing, sales, operations, and leadership, with no single team responsible for bringing everything together.
Path to Plenty was created to change that.
My own journey demonstrates what focused strategy, disciplined execution, effective systems, and determined leadership can accomplish. I went from homelessness as a disabled Marine Corps veteran to building a successful Texas law firm with 12 team members, including four attorneys, within five years of becoming licensed to practice law.
The strategies and systems we developed to plan, market, sell, operate, and lead that organization became the foundation of the PTP approach.
Today, Path to Plenty is being built to help aspiring entrepreneurs turn their ideas into operating businesses and to help existing companies overcome the barriers preventing growth. We begin with strategic planning, then provide coordinated support through in-house marketing, sales training, business processes, operational systems, and motivational leadership.
Our mission goes beyond offering advice. We help clients develop the plan, build the necessary systems, and move forward with purpose and accountability.
I understand your situation, because I have been you. You are not alone. Many people need guidance and are unsure of their next steps. However, through hard-earned experience and the proven methods I have used, I am now able to offer the support and direction I once needed myself.

Joel Chu
REGIONAL SALES/MARKETING

Joel Chu’s journey began as a teenager in the Philippines, where he learned the value of hard work, resilience, humility, and creating opportunities where none seemed to exist. Those lessons remained with him as he built his life and career in America. Joel developed a successful career as a loan officer, working with major companies such as Hewlett-Packard, Compaq, Wells Fargo, Chase Bank, and Capital One. Through that experience, he learned how to earn trust, understand a client’s needs, build lasting relationships, and turn opportunities into measurable results. His professional journey later expanded into sales, business development, coaching, training, mentoring, and leadership. After changes in the housing market required him to reinvent himself, Joel continued developing his skills and is now involved in land development and affordable-housing solutions. As PTP’s Regional Sales Steward, Joel helps entrepreneurs, businesses, and nonprofits strengthen their sales processes, communicate their value, develop their people, and create practical paths toward growth. Most importantly, Joel is a man of faith in the Lord, and a devoted family man. He now brings his experience to Path to Plenty alongside founder JW Zepeda, helping clients move from opportunity to action through strategy, relationships, training, accountability, and service.
Lezlea Ross
REGIONAL LEADERSHIP/
MARKETING STEWARD
Lezlea Ross is an experienced marketing, media, and community-engagement professional with decades of experience turning ambitious ideas into meaningful experiences that connect people. A 1994 graduate of Sam Houston State University, she led award-winning marketing campaigns and packaging initiatives for Hygeia Dairy Company across Texas and Mexico. Her career also includes work with the Texas Renaissance Festival, newspapers, public radio, television, and major community events. Lezlea supported H-E-B’s Feast of Sharing, served on the Rio Fest board, and helped establish Harlingen’s Blues on the Hill concert series. In the music industry, she managed Alligator Records blues artist Guitar Shorty and worked with Texas Johnny Brown, the Calvin Owens Blues Orchestra, Tutu Jones, and others. As PTP’s Regional Leadership Steward, Lezlea helps entrepreneurs, businesses, and nonprofits strengthen leadership, communication, culture, community relationships, and organizational impact. She brings creativity, resourcefulness, determination, and a proven ability to unite people around a vision and turn ambitious ideas into lasting results for those she serves.
